Reason of Ban: Harrassment

Rule violated:

Clause 3 - Harassment

• Harassment constitutes as any form of action (chat or game play wise) that makes another player feel threatened or otherwise ruins their game play.
  • Griefing in the wild does not constitute harassment. Harassment in the wild is strictly chat/command based.
• This includes, but is not limited to; blackmail, bullying or any other form of harassment that occurs through our chat system.
• Attempting to kill other players in any non-PvP zone also constitutes as harassment, and succeeding in killing other players in non-PvP areas is a very severe offence that will result in a ban.

Please explain in your own words what the rule(s) means: It means any sort of actions or chat that makes another player feel threatened THROUGH ECC CHAT SYSTEM OR GAMEPLAY WISE is not allowed and is a bannable offence. Killing people in a non-pvp zone will also be a ban. Bully, name-calling and such are also bannable offnces.

Reason you feel you think you should be unbanned: First of all, I DO NOT really know, how, when or why I harrassed anyone, but if I did it was not throught ECC CHAT SYSTEM or IN-GAME. I was just playing ECC as usual and selling my donation features and such and WHAM! 1 month ban comes out of no where. Clearly, as stated above, the reason of my ban is quite unclear. I do not recall harrassing anyone in game, as such. I have not bullied, name-called, blackmailed (infact I helped someone who was being blackmailed (alfionator) to contact an admin about his problems", harrased, killed anyone in a non-PvP zone or make anyone feel threatened or ruined their gameplay.

Secondly, the reason of this appeal is to not only question my ban but also to ask the reason for such a long ban. A one-month temp ban seems unreasonable for the first time I have not been banned for such a thing. Harrassment should/and is taken seriously in ECC and I know that, but this ban is a one-month ban for an offence that I do not recall doing.

Please reconsider my ban, or contact me through forum mail (mods only please) to tell me what I did wrong and I hope this can be fixed, eventually.
