Minecraft Username: ThatKidArshi Reason of Ban: Clause 2 - Scamming A general definition of a scam in the context of EcoCityCraft is a transaction in which a user pays for goods or services from another user, and does not receive those goods/services in the agreed upon timeframe. Failing to uphold your end of the deal is scamming, and is punishable by a ban. Your continuance on the server may rely on you following through with your end of the deal, or refunding what you scammed, solely at the staff’s discretion. Rule violated: Scamming Please explain in your own words what the rule(s) means: Taking other peoples money Reason you feel you think you should be unbanned: With my ban complaint, for some reason Jamiesinn ask if Thatkidarshi can get an extension from Nicole_2_op but no one answered. Then Jamiesinn pms me in game asking if I had the money and I said no. Then I got banned, I would of bought a prepaid card t pay it off but I had no third chance
No third chance.... First of all, you were originally banned for scamming both @Nicole_2_op and @mengliang99 from an alt account which you used *specifically* in order to scam players and get away with it. Your first chance would have been to go through with what you said you would in the first place. Secondly, after you served your tempban and were back on the server, you used the money you had in your account (more than enough to pay back both players) to lotto, give money away to other players, and to buy a spawn shop. Your second chance would have been to pay nicole and mengliang when you had the money. Then, to make it worse, after you spent all the money you could have used to pay them, you spent your time goofing around and helping/chatting/playing with random people instead of gathering money, taking a loan, or, as you said in your appeal, buying a prepaid card. Your third chance would have been paying back the players that you stole from with money you earned or bought. Now, @ThatKidArshi , I suggest you really rethink what you are doing in ECC. You were not given an extension because you HAD the money in your balance, and you wasted it frivolously. I told you when you were still banned that you would not get an extension, and I meant it. You did not listen to me, so now you are banned again. If you wish to come back to ECC, you will need to write a much better appeal, and you WILL have to repay nicole and mengliang. Denied.
