Evidence: Clause II: Bending the Rules Don't bend the rules in any smart / troll-y way thinking you will get away with it and look like a genius. You won't. We do not appreciate users bending our rules in anyway to troll our community. If you see a rule that has a few loopholes, or can be bent in any way, report it to us and post it in our suggestion forum. We will gladly take a look at it and change it if need be. Finding ways around the rules will be treated under staff discretion and will result in warnings / kicks or worse. Use common sense, and don't troll the community. Clause II: Vulgarity and Inappropriate Subjects All chat must be kept PG and clean - lots of our users are very young. There is to be no discussion of anything deemed inappropriate for a workplace, including but not limited to, sexuality, excessive violence and dark humour. In addition, there is to be no discussion regarding anything deemed illegal or inappropriate, which includes, but is not limited to, drugs and narcotics. We do not tolerate any racist or hateful slurs at all. We absolutely do not tolerate inappropriate chat, and you can be severely punished if it happens. This includes anything put on signs in gameplay; and goes for all of these rules. In addition, general swearing must be kept to an absolute minimum. To this end, the following situations are allowed: Clause I.v: Shouts The following rules still apply for shouts: No advertisement, touchy subjects/discussions, rotating letters, special characters, and different languages (English and staying appropriate). You may only use numbers, letters, and basic punctuation such as ? and !. No shouts with the intent of spamming another user in any way - such as requesting others to pm them. No shouts disguised to look like actual server messages - private messages/balance payments/etc... Capslock, in-game trade advertisements, and colors are all completely allowed. Spam is allowed in shout, however, if it is excessive or extremely aggravating, you could be liable for punishment. This is solely at staff discretion. I want to personally apologize to zardgyer, Unknownrider, Maco20047, all and any moderators that I upset, offended, or anything else that I did that caused a negative effect. On top of that, I also want to apologIze to the community that I also offended, trolled, or was rude to. There is no probable reason that I could come up with that excused my actions. What I did was 100% out of line, and it is not my first time getting in trouble for related topics. I am extremely sorry to anyone and everyone that I let down. Zardgyer, UnknownRider, and any other mod: I want to personally reach out to every staff member apologizing to them. Considering that this will be seen by many, please forward my message along also to other mods. I am cannot express my regret and sorrow enough to you guys. Even though you probably won't forgive me, I still want to say sorry. I did my actions knowing that there would be consequences. All and any of my actions that I was banned for was accurate and I totally deserved it. I accept whatever punishment you mods together decide to give me. Whether it be my appeal being denied, or any other decision, I support you guys and know it will be an appropriate punishment. Maco, and all of the community that I have either offended or dissappointed: I am sorry for what I did to you guys and anyone that I offended, or caused any problems with. Please pm me on the forums if you want, and I will personally apologize to each and every one of you trying to explain what happened, and how I will try to fix it. You guys deserve better than what I treated you like recently. Please do not take it personally, and please please please talk to me if I did offend you or cause any trauma/problems with you. I also want to apologize to anyone who ever believed in me, knowing I most likely dissappointed you. No matter why the results are, I cannot reinforce how much to you all how sorry I am and how much I want to fix it. I feel as though a staff member involved in the situation would be best to handle this appeal, as unknownrider was the staff member who banned you I will be referring this to him Unknownrider.
After discussing this issue with other fellow GameAdmins, we have decided to issue you a 3 day temporary ban. During this time please reflect over our server rules, though I've seen you done it here already, I would advise to do so a good bit. I want you to learn that that what you did was entirely wrong on all levels and it needs to be put to an end. If this occurs again in the future however, I'm sorry to say, but I will have no choice in increasing your punishment from this one issued today. Temp-banned 3 days Locked.
