Minecraft Username: Primzey Reason: Major Grief in America / Breach of Contract (@seawiiplay) Counter-Reason: When I died with the sword it was the most terrifying incident that occurred in my years of playing on ECC. I though I died of hunger at first which is not a way of death on ECC. Someone did kill me when I had the sword. I logged onto mine chat on my phone and I should have been responsible to log out or go to spawn so I wouldn't be killed. I tried to pay back the user Seawiiplay as hard as I could but I am very busy with School,Work and Church Events. I don't blame him for getting mad and posting a complaint against me but I tried really hard to get all the money to him. When I realized I was being banned or he posted a complaint I wen't on a rampage I was completely irritated because I tried really hard to pay him back but I don't blame anyone at all. I took my anger out on the town America. I griefed a statue that had around 17k worth of Diamond blocks in it. I am not the type of user that griefs but I was acting selfish and like a baby and took someones hard work and money and just took it away. I really hope you can consider taking this to heart and giving me a second chance even though I don't deserve one. Evidence:N/A
Ok I have read through the contracts you had with seawiiplay and I know about the griefing as I was one of the staff members who investigated and ultimately issued the ban for these offenses. Your IRL things are to be put aside, simply what happened here was that you majorly griefed another user's creations, not only griefed but majorly griefed it. The total damages to this users creations were not enough for a roll back and this users has had to put more hard work into fixing the damages you have caused them. i will be talking to Seawiiplay in-game about a few things with your interactions with them when I get the time, and if not in-game it will be in a forum conversation to discuss this entire situation with them. You are correct when you say it is entirely your responsibility and you are expected to take responsibility for what you account does in-game. You clearly knew what you were doing was ban worthy and still continued instead of asking a staff member to help you to or discussing your situation with seawiiplay. Because you knew exactly what you were doing in this situation and you have broken a contract with another user I will be issuing a 5 day tempban and upon your return to the server I would like for you to contact me so I can descuss with you and seewiiplay what we are going to do with your deals with this user.
