Rule Violated:

A general definition of a scam in the context of EcoCityCraft is a transaction in which a user pays for goods or services from another user, and does not receive those goods/services in the agreed upon timeframe.
Failing to uphold your end of the deal is scamming, and is punishable by a ban. Your continuance on the server may rely on you following through with your end of the deal, or refunding what you scammed, solely at the staff’s discretion.

If any account owned by a player is banned, all the other accounts owned by that player will not be able to appeal until the account banned first has successfully appealed.​

Please explain in your own words what the rule(s) means:

The first paragraph above (scamming) means that it is illegal to intentionally or unintentionally not hold up your end of a deal.
The second paragraph above (bypassing a ban) means that it is illegal to use another account to continue playing while another account is banned.​

Reason you feel you think you should be un-banned:

I understand that I have wronged many in my time in Ecocitycraft however I've changed. I'm no longer that middle school kid who thought that scamming people was the only way to have fun on this server. I've known this server for 6 years, it was the reason that I continued to play Minecraft and the reason I spent money on Minecraft (other than for the account). It's been 2 or so years since I committed these actions which doesn't mean I can get off with no punishment, I understand that I will have to work hard to pay the money that these players lost as a result of my actions and I am willing to do so.

I beg for your forgiveness, Ecocitycraft, I want to become a member of this community, one that does more good than bad. This is a lot of words and actions do speak louder than words so allow me the opportunity to act, and then I will no longer need to make these presumptuous claims.
