Rule Violated:

I can only find clause 3.1 in the network rules that states that impersonation by use of the /nickname command is punishable but I assume this rule also applies to name changing​

Please explain in your own words what the rule(s) means:

I have learned from my mistake as I now see what a did as stupid and as a bad joke and I've changed my name
