When in PVP, anyone can take your items once you die. They do not need to give your items back. It was your choice to go into a "danger zone," so you took the chance of losing valuables. We will not refund you for anything you lost while PVPing.
Scamming will also occur. It is very difficult for us to be positive it happened, however if you provide good proof (screenshots) and make a complaint, we will look into it. There are no promises that we can do anything. When you are trading, buying, or selling, it's up to you to trust or distrust the other user and solve any issues that may arise. Always remember: If an offer seems way too good to be true, be more cautious. As well, we cannot refund for anything that got scammed from you.
