A general definition of a scam in the context of EcoCityCraft is a transaction in which a user pays for goods or services from another user, and does not receive those goods/services in the agreed upon timeframe.
Failing to uphold your end of the deal is scamming and is punishable by a ban. Your continuance on the server may rely on you following through with your end of the deal, or refunding what you scammed, solely at the staff’s discretion.​

Reason you feel you think you should be un-banned/un-muted:

I was banned on may 20th 2016 for scamming @strongpelt , two weeks later whammerist5 was added to my description.

I dont know, I loved this server but I have a history of bans and unbans, I played a lot in 2013-2016 and was probably banned and unbanned 5 or more times for various reasons. I was toxic as hell on forums. Going back and reading my responses is very cringy.

I would like to come back to ecc and see what is new and make ammends to @strongpelt as it appears whammerist5 is no longer active and neither is his business partner. It appears there was a massive reset so even though the debt is only 23k, I would need some time to earn that as I believe I am starting from scratch. I would like to make amends for that transgression too but am not sure how I can. I look forward to your responses and will be readily available to answer more questions.​
