Reason you feel you think you should be un-banned/un-muted:

i was mining without doing anything and during that time many users were spamming the chat so i muted chat and 10 minutes later i got banned by Ladyvamptress. i have been on the server for 2 days and im really upset i got banned for nothing, even the reason says "the ban hammer has spoken" so i dont even know what i did​
