Clause 2 - Scamming
A general definition of a scam in the context of EcoCityCraft is a transaction in which a user pays for goods or services from another user, and does not receive those goods/services in the agreed upon timeframe.
Failing to uphold your end of the deal is scamming, and is punishable by a ban. Your continuance on the server may rely on you following through with your end of the deal, or refunding what you scammed, solely at the staff’s discretion.​

Don't take things that aren't yours, steal, or not do your part on a deal - this is very unfair for the other players.​

Reason you feel you think you should be un-banned:

I have absolutely no clue when/where I did this. The only reason I think I can I was banned was because of Secret Santa. I was supposed to transfer the gifts on 25 Dec, but I couldn't get online as MUCH as I wanted to - I had no access to a PC.
I thought 'I'll just try get online on 26th and do it and apologise for the delay' only to find out now that I am banned. I don't know whats gone on, and I can assure everyone I'm not the type of person to actually scam. I'd like to be unbanned please, since I need to deliver the gifts and pay off my loan to Mission...​

 

I think this was all a misunderstanding.

 

Can I also add to my appeal -

I was busy on the 25th. If I wasn't busy that day - none of this would have happened.

If I could reverse time and change it all - I would.

Thats why I hope I can fix everything once I am unbanned.
I just want to come back, do what I can to fix what I've broken, and then leave the community in peace, and refrain from involving myself in doing events for people like this again.
