Hello, After looking into the issue, I can see what you did. First and for most in order to have been banned for these reasons you must have been warned several times, which tells me you were flat out ignoring a moderator's attempts at stopping you from doing what is clearly written as illegal in our rules. Secondly, the fact is you are a resident which means in order to apply for residency you had to agree that you have read the rules.
