One: your .dat file was deleted making it impossible to tell your ban reason. This would occur from prolonged inactivity. We cannot unban you in that case because we don't know if it was something as simple as spamming or as bad as X-ray. Considering X-ray is not appealable and we cannot be sure you didn't do it, our policy is to not unban you. Two: is it possible you are not giving us the correct in game username? If that is true then please provide the correct one in your next appeal. If your username is accurate then there is nothing we can do.
