Three problems here, 1 This is not a ban appeal this is a complaint, name it as such. 2 Stealing from an unlocked chest is legal in the server 3 Anything an investigator tells you can't be used when filing a complaint, it would require a grief report to be filed, but since stealing is legal, the mods would do nothing. Sorry to mini-mod mods, but I just had to post.
