I scammed him out of 50k.​

Section 3, Clause 2 - Scamming.
A general definition of a scam in the context of EcoCityCraft is a transaction in which a user pays for goods or services from another user, and does not receive those goods/services in the agreed upon timeframe.
Failing to uphold your end of the deal is scamming, and is punishable by a ban. Your continuance on the server may rely on you following through with your end of the deal, or refunding what you scammed, solely at the staff’s discretion.​

Reason you feel you think you should be un-banned:

Over the past few years, I have not been a very inspiring member of the community. I have run a crappy town that I had to sell off, been banned for griefing, and stirred up a load of drama. Why should I be allowed back? All I did was whine in Global chat. All I did was start fights.
I wasted time to pay back. I admit that.
I would like a second chance. I want to develop a town. I want to clear my name. I want to have fun in this community.
Sorry for scamming and starting drama. I want to change. Please let me.​
