Minecraft Username: Gigi357 Reason of Ban: Griefing Dewsy92's Town Rule violated: Clause 1 - Griefing Grief is defined as breaking or destroying things that do not belong to you, including breaking and replacing things to get to places that otherwise you shouldn't be going (for example, breaking into someone's house.) This can also extend to building things in areas that do not belong to you. Grief is not allowed in protected towns, unless the town owner has decided otherwise. In the event a grief occurs in a non-grief town then a grief report can be filed here:Grief Report and Rollback Request If a town allows grief then all residents must be informed before joining the town. When a grief report is filed, grief is graded on a sliding scale of minor/moderate/major based on the amount and severity of damage done, and is determined based on staff guidelines by the staff member investigating the situation. It is also determined at that time whether the grief is bad enough to warrant a rollback. Grief in the wild is frowned upon, but allowed. Staff will not take any action in the case of wild grief. Please explain in your own words what the rule(s) means: This rule means to not destroy others property, as well as to not mess up any builds, any where, that could be important to someone. Reason you feel you think you should be unbanned: I have no real reason to be unbanned. I was acting like a brat after no one helped me after being scammed, even though I truly had no evidence. It was'nt their fault, and I won't do anything like this again. I'm willing to start all over as long as I get back on my favorite server. I was banned in late March, and it is only now that I can't forget about playing on this server. I am done causing trouble, I'm done bothering people, and I'm sorry @Dewsy92 if you remember me. I'm not mad anymore about such a trivial thing, and I hope you can accept me back in, even with such a terrible reason.
Hello @Gigi357, thank you for appealing. I am glad to seethat you wish to return and that you understand that griefing is not permitted in any protected towns. I will be unbanning you now, as it has been long enough since you were banned and you seem to understand why what you did is wrong.. I recommend you avoid breaking the rules again, as the punishment will be more severe. I also suggest you review the server rules. Some things have changed since. User Unbanned
