Name: EPICFAIL423 Reason: I was banned for greifing a town Counter-Reason: I will admit to breaking blocks outside my plot and the enchantment table. The reason i broke the enchant table was to use it away from bookshelf. About the missing bookshelf that was broken before i took table. I had lost the table in the pvp zone later (forgot i had it on me). I broke a flower pot and replaced it because it was not intentional. I did break blocks to enter a few houses but i did come back and fix them i'm if they are not fixed that is lag on my part and i will gladly pay for or rebuild anything i have damaged as soon as i can return. Also i have no proof because i didn't think i would get banned so i didn't screen shot everything i did while playing that day. I apologize for anything harm i may have caused by breaking the enchant table in the first place. I am also sorry for any blocks that were important and or hard to collect that i may have broke. I understand that what i did was wrong and i will even replace the enchantment table (again) if that helps.
Hello Epicfair423. Thank you for wanting to re-join the server. I am sorry to see that this is your 4th ban appeal for the same ban, and nothing seems to have changed in any of the ban appeals. In the 2nd one sick asked you to copy and paste the rules that you had broken, so we could see that you have read and understood the ones that concerned yourself, this has not been done. In your 3rd Revanrose found even more damage that you had done in your town. And you still don't appear to be sorry or concerned over breaking the main rules of this server. In your fourth, I feel you are only sorry for breaking a flower pot which your replaced because "it was not intentional". Also the enchanting table, which I feel if you wanted one with out book cases why didn't you ask someone in trade to borrow or buy one. Instead you didn't think twice about griefing a town that you are part of. Also breaking into peoples houses as in your worlds "Also I have no proof because I didn't think I would get banned". So to me you think this is ok to do as long as you didn't get caught. I don't think you understand how wrong your actions have been. But I am not going to deny this ban appeal nor am going to accept it. I am going to tag the following people into it, we will then decide what actions will be taken, as these people have already been dealing with your various ban appeals. sick24 revanrose6 Please be patient until we have a decision for you. Griefing Towns/Nations which have a security application already placed in queue on the forum is punishable, and can result in a ban + a rollback of all your actions. Griefing within Towns/Nations is not allowed under any circumstances. Towns/Nations and Mayors/Presidents/Members may file grief reports if grief is found, and the users who griefed will be banned + rolled back immediately upon major grief. The only exception to this is if a Mayor specifically makes a survival town where he allows grief and has no rules regarding it. Grief is defined as breaking or destroying things that do not belong to you, including breaking and replacing things to get to places that otherwise you shouldn't be going (for example, breaking into someone's house.) When a grief report is filed, grief is deemed mild/moderate/major based on the damage done, and is determined based on staff guidelines by the staff member investigating the situation. This is the only rule i broke that i could find. I am sorry for the other stuff but i did try to rebuild i only wanted to see the inside of the houses (they looked neet from outside) I the only reason the rebuild didnt happen must have been lag on my part. I would really enjoy coming back and repaying/rebuilding anything i can and i will get an enchant table for the town. The reason i moved enchant table in first place was because it was near bookshelves and I only wanted a level 3 enchant i truly tried to put back. I honestly love this server so i would like to come back and also i need to come back to be able to make money off of crops to pay off a loan i got to become a resident. The longer im banned the harder it will be to pay off loan. I have learned now to ask before entering home and to not break into others houses.
Hello again, I will be denying this appeal again for many of the reasons peregrines said above. I will ask you to form a new appeal that includes the rule you broke in your appeal, not as a separate comment, and I also ask you to write up a new counter-reason. It appears as though you have just been copying and pasting in one that you have used before which does not show me that you can take the time to write one up.
