Minecraft Username: BlackWub Reason: I got banned for killing someone in a no pvp zone [mining world] Counter-Reason: I was defending myself. In the mining world, i had a chest to store my stuff in it and a guy found it and tried to steal the stuff in it. My first reaction was to break the block under him to get him to stop. I broke the stone underneath him sending him falling and he died. I don't think I should get banned for defending myself without a warning or being asked to give the persons stuff back. Evidence: I don't have any
Hello, First and foremost the rule broken is as follows: This means that banning you was well within the rights of the staff member who banned you. The attempted murder, let alone completion of said murder, of a player in a non-pvp zone is not acceptable under any circumstances. I will be denying this appeal because there is no excuse. If you don't want things stolen then I would recommend not putting them in the mining world. There is no ownership in the mining world and thus they were in the right and killing them was not the proper response. Please reappeal with more effort and an apology for your action.
