Minecraft Username: ball8897 Reason: Spamming/Trolling/ Insulting Staff Counter-Reason: I posted a ban appeal before this, but I was trying to justify my actions. I thought it over, and what I did was not acceptable. I got carried away with the spamming and I said some things that I shouldn't have said. Even after multiple warnings, I still continued to break the rules which I shouldn't have done. I take full responsibility for my actions. I'm really sorry for insulting staff, it just came out of anger. I would also like to apologize to lavajok for not obeying what he said and for insulting him. Evidence: None
ball8897 thank you for appealing you ban. After reading your first appeal and reading this appeal, I am glad that you have decided to take responsibility for your actions. You were banned for a multitude of reasons, first spamming. You were given multiple warnings in global to stop spamming. You then proceeded to start typing a very inappropriate word quite often. That is when I pm'ed you to stop saying that. You did not, so I kicked you. You then came back online to pm me, which is fine. I explained why you were kicked, and told you to stop being a troll, which you were, by trying to pick apart why I kicked you. You then called me an imbecile, which I then gave you the final kick. You came back online and kept pm'ing me as to why I was kicking you, and arguing that I never warned you. Finally after dropping the subject, you got into a discussion with Unknownrider and that is when he banned you. From where I sit, I gave you many chances to stop, even after I should have banned you to think about your actions. Next time, I would advise you to listen to what the staff have to say. I am not always right, but when I say I pm you, and I check my chat history and it shows that I did in fact pm you, that means that you received the warning. Below I will be linking you to the rules, and specifically the rules you broke. I also want you to read the part where it says the staff team reserves the right to warn, mute, kick and ban anyone that is breaking the rules, and when told to do something, you must comply.
