I have no Idea what it means I will explain what happend though​

Reason you feel you think you should be un-banned/un-muted:

I should be un-banned because all I did was, Go onto my dads account not an ALT account the only reason I went on his account was to give my account some tools then @BrokeMel paid his account $1069 ECD and my told me to give it to my account to help pay for something.
I am happy to pay the $1069 ECD back to @BrokeMel​
