i was told to be griefing wich is untrue! so i ended up losing build permission (that i paid 900 eco$ for) so i went to my house to pack my stuff and they were taking my stuff!!! So for the safety of your eco$ BAN THEM And dont go to goldgate.
I removed this user from GoldVille for griefing, because a grief report came back with them. The Server Rules say that Mayors can remove anyone from their town for any reason, but they need to let them get their stuff, unless they GRIEF or don't pay for their plot. Basically saying, I removed him for griefing, and I don't have to let him get his stuff. I asked Kuke to be sure, and he basically told me to go with what the rules on the wiki say.
You aren't banned from the server, you were removed from the town. Ban appeals are for server bans, not town bans. Also a mayor can remove someone from their town. And we see who touches ever block, so when we say you were the one who griefed then it was you. Even if you feel that you didn't grief. The person who filed the report felt that the blocks you destroyed were griefing. Speak with them further in game if you wish to attempt to join the town again. However they do not have to allow you back in. And continued requests can become disruptive and harassment. Locked
