Section 3 Clause 2.2 - Attempted Scamming
Users cannot attempt to scam other users. If enough evidence is provided and the staff believe a scam was intended, this will result in a temporary ban against the offending user.
Attempted scamming includes misleading sales or auctions. For example an auction for 'a melon,sword'.​

Please explain in your own words what the rule(s) means:

When i got a loan from whammeris5 i blew it on the lotto.I lied to him and told him i was going to finish paying off a melon sword.So when it was time to pay him back i payed him 8.5$ instead of 85k. Then i logged off.The rule is a can't have a misleading sale.I lied to him therefor i deserved to be banned.I take full responsibility for my actions​

Reason you feel you think you should be un-banned:

I honestly don't deserve to be un-banned.The lotto draw was deep in my heart to give up. If you un-ban me i will pay back the money i owe to whammeris5 . I was really stupid to do something like what i did and i promise never to do stuff like that again. The main reason i want to be un-banned is so i can go back to the great community the ecc has i'm sorry for all i have done and i hope you all will forgive me (especially whammeris5).
