Username: Frozenfury7 Reason: Disrespecting a moderator Counter reason: Here's how the series of events went down. About a month ago, Bobby scammed my friend and me. We have been at higher tensions since. We needed another supermod to resolve it, and Revanrose6 helped me out. After that, bobby was still mean to me, and after a while I wasn't as pleasant to him. Recently, he was finally banned for one of his scams. Today he returned. We started a playful jarring today, but quickly he resorted to his usual bullying with swears a me. I put a complaint on the website, and tried to talk about it with him in chat. _________________________________________________________________ All above true events, unbiased Below begins my counterargument _________________________________________________________________ Zardgyer intervened on our conversation today. I was upset with bobby, and may have taken it out a bit on Zardgyer. I was trying to have a conversation and I was kicked saying "Drop it". I didnt know who or what that was referencing, so I continued our conversation. Kicked again. "serouilsy, drop it" or something along those lines. I now realized that it was Zardyger kicking me, not Bobbysix6 as presumed. I told zardgyer to stop kicking me, as I believe it to be an abuse of power. At that point (or somewhere around it) I was kicked and giving a warning saying next time "time out". At this point I was angry with bobbysix6, as well as Zardgyer, and snapped, if you will. I made a coldhearted joke, "And the worst mod of the year award goes to Zardgyer, play again in 2014", at which point bobby said "waits for ban" and I was banned for disrespecting/not listening to admin. This is my thorough apology. If you have the audacity to think my purpose was to offend/disrespect you, it wasn't. I am sorry for my temper flare, especially because I was recently scammed 20k twice, they took out my favorite sg game, and bobbysix6 was being annoying to me. Im sorry, I did'nt mention this in my other appeal, but it is personal to me. I have gone through tough times, my great uncle died, (his funeral was today) and i was a bit overwhelmed today. Other factors have left me perilously short on temper. I am sorry for taking this out on zardyger, as I was still conflicted when I wrote my first appeal (Im calmer now) so in retrospect I see my fault and am sorry for disrespecting an admin, I never have in the past, and will do my best not to in the future. Evidence: Counter argument explains all. Zardgyer, if you're the one reading this, im sorry (and not because you denied my last appeal), but please try to remain unbiased. Thank you. this will be left open for zardgyer to review but i will add my 2 cents as well, since i witnessed the events above. you were asked, SEVERAL times by me personally to drop the discussion between you and other parties involved. It continued. While i know the past was rough, there is no reason to bring it to the present. Something that always helped me deal with high pressure situations as is seems you say you were overwhelmed today, is when you can feel yourself starting to lose it, just take a moment, and remove yourself from a situation and take a few breaths. Then return when you've recomposed yourself. I can not anything as to the outcome of your appeal, but i do offer that bit in attempt to help prevent seeing you in this section again.
If he would review this that would be great, cause I want to resolve this quickly to avoid lingering grudges from both parties

There is no need to tag any staff members here. A supermod will review and assess the situation whenever he/she has a chance to. Tagging them will not speed up the process. Please be patient while the staff team reviews the situation before taking action on your ban appeal.
