Zombie_killer321 Reason of Ban: Supposedly i broke a rule in auction category Counter-Reason: I had said selling 2 dblocks 1k and a guy bought then and complain they weren't diamond blocks that they were dirt blocks. Well he talked purguin and purguin told me i was scamming i don't believe it is he should have asked me for full name. Purguin told me i broke a rule for not being specific i checked auction rules on website theres no rule for it. This is my first offence sorry for causing trouble i will willingly pay the money back and would like a request to be unbanned. evidence: i got banned before i could take screenshots
When you said dblocks, it can be 2 types, dirt or diamond. This is counted as mystery auction as the auction does not describe the item specifically . Also, mods had told you many times to return the money back to the user who win the auction and yet you don't return the money and argue with the mods. Take this time to read the server rules on the wiki again while a supermod will make a decision to this ban appeal.
I agree with nelsinlim, it would be considered a mystery auction, BUT the user who bought the item should be careful what to buy.
The problem is that as stated, he argued with the mods that the rule wasn't there, even though it clearly is... And Refused to return the money on the spot.
As this was your first offense you will be unbanned; however, due to the disrespect/arguing you did with the mods you will be receiving a 12 hour temp ban. Please read the rules during this time so something like this does not happen again.
