Minecraft Username: 0oAlano0 Reason: My reason behind why I was banned is because I used Nodus and was caught using a feature of Nodus in a melon farm I have perms to. I used Nodus to make money quicker than I normally could and to get things done faster, such as placing dirt. Counter-Reason: I have no counter reason due to I understood that this was wrong and I did use it anyway. Evidence: I have no evidence for my counter-reason.
I just have to say to everyone that is reading this. I am very sorry I had done this. But I had used it and thats why I'm banned. Hopefully I can be unbanned and play again with everyone. Until then I will be thinking about why I used this, re-reading the rules, and will be waiting for my answer whether or not I will be unbanned. Thank you for understanding.
Hello 0oAlano0, I am glad that you have filed an appeal and want to get unbanned but before you do there are a few things I want to say. First off, use of any illegal or hacked clients is not allowed on this server, and if a user is caught using the client, they will be banned for it. Since your ban history only contains one ban, for something that is not related to an illegal client, you can still be unbanned, even though what you did was a serious offense on the server. After consulting with the Staff team that was on at the time, you will be issued a three day temp-ban, in which you will have to fully read the server rules, found here, and understand them. Keep in mind that if you are banned again, you will face much more severe consequences, however I hope this ban is enough for you to learn your lesson of not using these clients on EcoCityCraft. After your temp-ban expires, I hope that you fully understand our server rules, have uninstalled all mods that aren't allowed on the server, and this will be the last time you need to post an appeal.
