First of all, please do not bump you appeals. They get handled when they can. Secondly, here is what will be done about this appeal. First of all, you will receive a 3 day temp ban. The amount will be due a month and a half after the temp ban expires. This means the amount of $423,080 will be due 2/18/2014. Cardinal3 will have the right to file a new complaint in the event this does not occur. We will not require day by day payments, however, the full amount must be paid off completely on/by that date. Finally, please remember to screenshot every payment sent to Cardinal3 incase the issue arises again. As for the inappropriate structures issue. I cannot stress enough that inappropriate structures are not acceptable on ECC. Please do not make them again.
