Hello, Before we can handle your appeal we need you to show far more effort. You have been banned multiple times before and this particular ban is pretty bad. You broke several rules, abused our shout system, and could have offended a lot of people. You will need to file another appeal with significant more effort. I would expect that your next appeal include an apology as well as an assurance that this type of thing will never happen again.
