The town of Avalon is currently under construction, this post is for rules and information updates. Avalon is a medieval themed town, with apartments, town farms and shops, in an Deep Frozen Ocean biome. I'm the only owner/town developer at this time, so this project will take time. Players may take residence in one of the Manor houses. These are multi roomed houses that may have 1 - 8 players residing at a time, and include a welcome package to help get started in ECC. They're available free of charge. More housing options include our pre-built row house apartments. The row houses are multi-level "residential towers" adjacent to each other. Each tower is 4 levels high and houses a player on each level. Lifts will allow players to access their apartments from the ground level but it's recommended that players use their /home or /home bed. All homes are unfinished, meaning that players have a blank canvas to customize their home to suit their needs. However the pre-built homes are consistent with the town theme and may only be modified on the inside (with the exception of balconies which may be decorated, but must remain intact). Currently under construction: 3 Farm, 1 level of assorted vegetables, 1 level of pumpkins and 1 level of melons. 1 tree farm. Empty 15 x 15 plots. Rules: No Griefing This includes damage to any buildings, property not belonging to yourself, or leaving town farms damaged. Obstructive water or blocks Building or decorating that breaks the town medieval theme. If your are unsure, please contact owners and receive approval before moving forward with builds or decor. Placing storage or crafting blocks outside your personal plot. Signs, Lecterns, Books and other written material containing offensive language. Replant Farms After Use Farms are a privilege and are utilized by the entire town. Be respectful and replant after every farm use. Violating this rule is considered griefing Keep Local Chat PG13 Fellow town members are all ages and backgrounds please keep chat relatively clean and safe. Swear words are an exception to this rule as long as they're not derogatory (Racist, Sexist, etc). If there is a violation of this rule you must provide unedited screenshots or captures under 2 mins. These rules are subject to change ----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Rule Breaking: If the town rules are broken in great severity, or repeatedly, town members are subject to eviction. Eviction Process: Per ECC eviction rules, Evictees will have 7 days from time of notice to remove themselves and their belonging from the town. Once the 7 days have expired, all belongings become property of the town, this may include the resale, gifting, use of, or storing of these items. Only owned items are an exception. Players may not request items back (Only owned items are an exception), harass or otherwise impede the game play of town members or owners. Owned Items will be stored by the town or turned over to the staff run town of "Plots" for storage. Once the Eviction notice has been sent, players may be stripped of access to certain parts of the town. This includes farms, shops, and non residential plots in the town.
