I'll end it when I feel that the price is right. Lets start it at 55k, this doesn't include the 20k rent. Also, please say if you are including the rent in your offer ie: 150k+20k rent. Any bid is a real bid and you must follow through, otherwise it would be qualified as auction scamming.
