Hello ECC, I am pleased to announce that I am currently selling the town of Mesatropolis. The town is a beautiful mining-style town centered around a mesa canyon in Rising. It is originally owned by Jrg5978, and through a series of sales, has fallen into my hands. I am currently the only member of the town and there are only a few lwc's remaining which I am in the process of taking care of. Images of the town: Spoiler The town is only 135x189 in dimensions, but has no griefed areas, no miscellaneous structures, and is surrounded by other well-developed towns. I had also gone ahead and built the wall that surrounds the town, as well as the bridge on the south side of the town. The town does not have a portal or a warp unfortunately. I am auctioning this town with a starting price of 50k. Minimum price increments of 1k please. The auction will run for 1 week after I hear the first bid. Once that time is up, no more bids will be heard, the highest bid will be considered the winner.
I will be out of town tomorrow when the auction is scheduled to end, so I may not be able to end it and declare a winner right away. Nevertheless, the auction will still end at 5pm EST and the highest bid at that point will be declared the victor. No more bids will be heard after that point, regardless of how large they may be.
