As I am the new owner of century21 I will be giving all residents a 3 day eviction notice. I'm tagging all members below. Leave property alone do NOT take it down!
So you are just going to steal everything that I put into the property 150 odd redstone blocks, over 50 lapis blocks a fully built E table. 50 odd moss stone blocks, locked my chests so I couldn't access my items. This is absurd that a mayor can do this and not even respond to in game mail or messages. This might be by the rules, but the rules are broken. Minifoxy1998 did not inform me that he/she was selling the town and what about my purchase fee?? The whole idea of towns is broken if a mayor can steal from the residents. Why would anyone build cool structures if a mayor can simply take what you have built. Unbelievable! BTW where are the rules that lay out how and when a town can be sold and any responsibilites of the parties involved.
Read Section VII; Clause I and Clause IV It turns out that they (mods) ignore the last sentence of Clause I in favor of Clause IV. It seems to me that mass eviction should have most stringent requirements. In game notification should be required as stated in Clause I using /mail. Notification on an external website does not seem sufficient. I talked with twinsfan5 today. He was completely uncooperative. I /mailed him several times during the period with no answer. My /mail was a request to unlock my chests that he had locked. My first information that I had was when I arrived and found that chests that I had not locked were locked by twinsfan5. I asked minifoxy1998 about it and he/she said that twinsfan5 was the new mayor. I /mailed the new mayor several times with no response. Twinsfan5 never unlocked my chests so I could get my stuff. I was only able to access the chest that were locked by me, but I was just a builder so I didn't have enough locks to lock all my chests. So my blocks helped pay for his town. His/her instructions on the 3 day notice stated that we were n t to take blocks. That is against Clause I
