• Additional information about your town: My first personal town; planning to do a lot of work on it and make some plot available for sale. Primarily purchased to reduce lag due to local farms and populated areas.

[UPDATE]: I figured that I would throw in a small progress update. I've put a lot of work into the selected land and have began excavating the terrain. I have cleared a 200x84 area so far, removing a few mountains.
