Hi I am glad you want to re-join the server. Attemptin to kill another player in a no pvp are is a very serious offence on this server. Being a Mayor you should know the rules by now. I can understand that you were upset but taking it out on another (innocent) player is not the thing to do I suggest that to make sure you know which rules you have broken that you copy and paste them below. Please wait for a supermod to review your appeal.
thanks for your reply and i know i have broken the following rule Clause I: General Trolling, Harassment and Common Sense Regardless of whether in the wild or in a protected town, any excessive purposeful attempt to kill someone in a non-PvP area by any means, including with donation perks such as lava or water, is considered both harassment and trolling, and is completely punishable with a ban.
As you have been banned previously for greifing and you were punished at that point witha 3 day ban this is now the second time you have had to appeal and if you are found again to have broken the rules after this your punishments will be adjusted accordingly. 4 day temp ban 3 for breaking the rules 1 for breaking your promise to never do it again
