As was visible in the screenshot i posted in the shoutbox i had nodus running.
In my defence.this was to prove out that moderator delucaco may have been xraying and using that to destroy spawners. If any admin or moderator wants to contact me about this incident feel free to.
For now im just making my appeal to running nodus in this incident trying to prove my point wich was a stupid idea in the first place now i think about it but when some 1 suspects the other person is clearly lieing to his face emotions kick in.

I will not use the nodus client on this server anymore,nor was my first intention to do so as im a donating member and i enjoy playing here.(by not using it i mean running a clean minecraft instalation to play here)

Im srry about the mistakes and i would appreciate if i were to be unbanned and the right authorities would contact me about the delucaco incident.
