Minecraft Username:Ninjasniper78 Reason:http://ecocitycraft.com/forum/threads/complaint-ogzcheetos.61318/ Counter-Reason:I think I was banned unfairly! I did call him a prick cause I was frustrated with him but I know it was wrong. He kept harassing me and my friend by following us and kept saying for us to leave even though we didnt do anything! We also wanted to rent his Nether stalk farm and he of course said no because my friend OGz owed NinjarakuPwnz alot of money. Ninja did say if we payed him back he would forget it ever happened! Of course we said ok well will pay but he has to let us use it. He then said only server staff could use it even though he only said it so we would think we cant use it because everyone does. Also no on was in his town in the first place so we didnt cause trouble for anyone. If anything he caused the trouble. I wont ever do what I did again. This is my favorite server and I have only been on it for about 3 days but I have been doing all nighters playing this server! I do regret what I did. I do understand what I did was wrong and I am sorry. Evidence:I didnt take screenshots because I didnt think it was going to be a big problem considering I was only there to buy a fishing rod and fish in his lake.
I don't want to interfere but the screenshots in the complaint to get him banned does not match up to rules.Im not trying to interfere though I know less than mods Clause I.ii: Spam Spam is not allowed. Repetitive letters, words, symbols that are not punctuation and otherwise aren't used in their correct context, or many messages sent really quick is considered spam. If users get upset and say "spam," it is probably annoying. The screenshots in the complaint prove he does not spam Prick does not mean anything and it was only said once which is not spam
In the linked complaint the user was guilty of spamming payments. The complaints shows that there was intent to troll/harass in the screenshots, and stronger language than the word 'prick' was used. Please appeal with your correct ban reason, and showing some kind of remorse or apology for what you did.
