You said you had two accounts... That the other was also yours. That your brother xrayed on it, or that it was hacked; I'm not sure you even know, because it doesn't seem like you have a fully straight story... We don't unban for xray, and you are not allowed to avoid a ban with another account. It is up to you to take care of your account(s) and make sure no one gets into them.
