Minecraft Username:flamiri Reason:vulgar language in a book Counter-Reason:well i was with some friends making the book for fun. we didnt want enyone to get stunned by the language in it if that happend. honestly i can only see that maybe the language could be more nicely else i do not know what was wrong with the poem:/ im not sure how making fun is ban reason but i guess it was with some rules i havent seen yet:/ Evidence: if u wont unban me like i gues u wont cause why would u ban me in the first place if not for real:/ then atleast tell me if its perm or temp ban:/ hate when im never being told:/
Hello there, your first ban appeal failed was because you did not even bother thinking of why we might have banned you in the first place. In short no effort was put into the appeal and so it was knocked back. We the staff team moderate the content on this server from becoming unpleasant, foul or inappropriate. We ban people from the server as per our rules and agreements as you have agreed to play providing you watch what you say. I believe the appropriate section of the rules to look at is; Your book fell into public domain one way or another and was found to be inappropriate given its content. The full ban reason stated is "Inappropriate/Vulgar Language in book". This ban is for as long as it takes for you to properly realise the rule that you broke. If you were perma banned you would see this in your ban message. Also to note on this topic that might benefit from you is that we also ban people for the constuction of explicit words, writing signs with foul langauge and such as well as banning people for circulating books with foul language in. Ontop of moderating chat. Left open for a smod to decide.
actualy i was inside the rules after making this appeal and im afraid it wont matter but i hadnt seen that before:/ and i would give enything i had just for being able to play there again:/ u can even take my stuff from donation and keep money i just wanna play on the only epic eco server there is
Thanks for appealing flamiri. As a resident you have been required to go over all of the rules, and this rule should have been read. Also, there are many young kids who play here and do not need to be seeing language like this. I am going to give you a temp ban for 1 hour, and I would like you to use this time to go over our rules again to avoid any issues with them in the future.
