I think it's possible it's an IP ban. Do you have any brothers/sisters or anybody in the house who once played here?

You can only accidentally ban someone who has joined the server before.

 

See but the thing i love about this is how someone who has never even played on the server for a second manages to post a ban appeal even in the correct format and we have users who have been online for months who cannot!
