Minecraft Username: BluexVII and DrizleCrafts Reason: Grief in DrakeManor Counter-Reason: Okay, please here me out. I understand this story seems unbelievable and not a worthy excuse but just read it through. My brother (he's 13) had a friend over and wanted to play Minecraft. I have let them play on my account before but never online. He saw the server we were playing on and wanted to join. At the time, I saw nothing wrong with this. I asked my friend Drizle if they could borrow his account. He seemed hesitant (rightfully so) but I talked him into it. I let them pick out a town and I payed for a house there. I built the house and did all the negotiating. (Witnesses may be able to testify us acting normal and building houses better than a 13 year old could build). After I finished building, I left them to play. I admittedly did not explain the rules well enough so I do feel responsible. I got on the next day and saw a bunch of stuff that didn't belong to me and immediately asked my brother what happened. He admitted to stealing and messing with the gardens around the city. After that I headed to DrakeManor to tale to the mayor. I returned all the objects I found that didn't belong to me that were on my person and in my house. Some of the objects may have been sold so I'm willing to compensate by paying some money. As for my brother, I have already talked to my parents about getting him his own account so he doesn't have to use mine. I will also give you guys a heads up on what his user name is so you can keep an eye on him. Again, I'm sorry and I know this isn't a great excuse. A grief was still made on my account and because of that I take responsibility. If we are unbanned, we don't expect to be aloud back in DrakeManor, wouldn't be fair to them. But we feel that a ban is wrong to punish us. And for the "We'll be back" comment I honestly don't know what he was trying to do. I assure you we will not be back nor should we be given the opportunity back in the town. If you don't let us back in, we just wanted to say good bye to the friends we made on the short time we were there: ProducerNL, outerlocal, coolerguy7, MariushUh, ASimpleFix. But if you do understand and believe our story thank you. I know your just trying to keep the server safe for everyone to assure everyone can have a good time. Griefing in not acceptable and takes away from the game. DrizleCraft had less to do with it than I did. He wasn't involved in anyway besides letting my brothers friend use his account. So again, we will do what ever it takes to make this right. We just want to be able to play in EcoCity again. Evidence: We have no hard evidence besides witnesses in Gemenon who can testify that we have been fine members of the town. We have helped stop and catch griefers and clearly wouldn't do something like this. We also have spent days mining and raising money to buy one of the biggest (and most expensive, 19k) houses in Gemenon. This clearly would not have been the work of someone who was intending to grief a town. I have also talked to Siepherimcraft and explained the situation. He seemed to believe and understand me. I returned as much stolen material as I could find in our house.
I think its only fair to give you two another chance, as you seem to have presented your case very well. As part of being unbanned, i'll ask that you return anything stolen from the users that were griefed, and understand that if this happens again, regardless of who is the one on the account, you might not get another chance. ~wewinagain.
