Hello. I am RatingPending I am selling apartments. There are three kinds of rooms: Regular, Double, and Deluxe. Regular rooms are 3x4 and come equipped with a chest, crafting table, furnace, and a bed. Regular costs 300 The double rooms are 8x3 and come equipped with a chest, crafting table, furnace, and a bed. Double cost 550 The Deluxe rooms are larger sized rooms and come equipped with a bed, Huge window, double chest, crafting table, two furnaces. Deluxe cost 800 The rooms are yours until you decide to leave. If you request addition items in your room, it can be arranged, such as another crafting table or furnace or a larger chest. This will have a slight cost to do so. The hotel also has a 5x9 pool and a nice outdoor patio area. This is good because you can buy a room and use the plot you own or are planning on buying as farm or a shop. It is also more cost effective because you do not have to buy building materials for a house. I am also offering free advertisement for room-owners on the board outside the hotel. Re: Alternative Living This is a pretty nice post you have there. I do have a suggestion, try making the title as "Apartments for Sale!" or something. It would attract people who wants these apartments.
It would also be more appealing if you added pictures. It seems like an awesome apartment complex at a nice price. Keep up with the good work!
I like the post and everything but most people that want apartments don't go on the forums so it would be best to advertise in game but still seems like some nice apartments.
