Can you check if you can reproduce this with vanilla MC (singleplayer). It may not be ECC but may in fact just be a Minecraft bug with 1.13...
It was working just fine when the new map was released. It only started happening recently (around the time the anti-cheat was added). I will check anyway on single player. [Edit] Worked just fine
