I seem to be confused, F3 coordinates shows that they do not overlap, but the /whereamicoords show they do. It's rounding the numbers up. Could someone help me with this?

Edit: I'm also measuring my other town, Hokkaido as being 200x201, overlapping the signs for this town. I placed the same coordinates as I have marked but now I'm confused

 

Just for clarification, the posts are in the correct locations as per the F3 coordinates I have. Hokkaido seems to be 201x200, which is incorrect.

Hokkaido has been fixed, the coords for this are correct (I'm going off F3 coords), they match the town posts. Thanks
