I was doing some research and you didn't give mayors the permission to sticky topics in their town sub forums. I cannot post it as a sticky.
Even supermods can't post stickies anywhere.. xD Andrew wants to choose what is stickied and what isn't.
I guess.. o.o Would take a while to check for sticky abuse, though.. xD Not sure why even some mods can't sticky. -shrugs-
