Hey guys havnt been on lately since i got bored of minecraft, but here is my suggestion is having a court system for the server for people that are being chosed to wheither be ban or not. just to make this server more interesting. so if someone was accused of griefing then they can go to the server court and have a case. they can have a lawyer or someone to help them not prove guilty and the judge(any of the mods) could decide if he/she should ban or not. just a suggestion that might the server for life-like. probably not gonna happen theres usually evidence in the case of someone being banned in terms of server and chat logs, there is also easily found rules on not xraying and otherwise being a problem that are pretty much standard in most online communities. the ban appeals forum is basically what your suggesting and the mods are already the court there. your just your own lawyer.
We had this back on the original server public map, but those were different times. Now its a much larger community, more people get banned, and we have logs of everything, unlike long ago. This is logistically impossible now.
The only court system i can think of is one within towns to decide on town related punishments. As ike said a serverwide courtsystem will be impossible in ECC today.
