You should remove "Expensive" from the medal list as that medal is no longer available. And, of course, replace it with the new "Treasure Collector" medals.
Did a full update (kinda, pending whether or not I got the enchanting table medal). Purchased all non-pet features I didn't have today, so I removed that list and replaced it with a pet collecting list.
