I came up with this ingrnious idea after reading this book to help prevent donation scams. So, I want to buy mulihome for 75k so I give it to the donator. He leaves and you never get multihome. Using my way you give the money to someone outside of the transaction. Then he starts a conversation with the donator and the buyer and provides a screeshot of the money. Once the buyer receives his donation, the money is sent to the donator. This will hopefully prevent donation scams.
You don't really need an official implementation of this. Have a player you both trust, a mod, a high ranked player, whatever. You can use them as a middleman that transfers the goods. Contracts also help ensure a ban if anything goes wrong just as long as you take screenshots and appropriate evidence.
