    the 30*30 wheat and pumpkin floor is not finished yet but it will be 3-4 floors. to get perms they will only be 2.5k! PM me in game at matthewmyles for more details.

    Bro, Im sorry to inform you but this will limited to people that already have perms to your town and it seems like you're charging far too much for perms to a 30x30. I have a 200x200x3(2 floors pumpkin and 1 floor melon) an I only charge 3.5k.
