I really want to get mayor rly bad. Let me have the land for like a week and ill turn it into a pumpkin farm or something, with irrigation and everything. Then when I have mayor, you can have the land back, pumpkins and all. You were like me once, just a resident saving up for mayor, and you know its terrible. Please let me have this land. Ill be forever greatful to you.

I would make it into half a town, quarter off a farm and quarter of free space. So a fairly well balanced area in the end.

 

I'd say make a town. One that shows you're a hard worker! We have so many farms out there, I think it's making me sick.

 

If I were you, I'd make a skyscraper city. Build some incredible roads, highways, and buildings, or have ECC's best architects design it for you.
