+1 . For now, however I feel it's best to wait until 1.16 is in its final stages before we add this as Mojang may add other blocks that are broken faster by a hoe, that could cause undesired effects.
Feel free to re-suggest once 1.16 is out and available via our Main servers as until then we cannot test the functionality and potential economic effects.
