I am suggesting that the ability to rename towns would be available at a price. 75,000 ECD Would be appropriate. Please let me know what you think!

1. Town move application x2. 2. Place a new town where the old town was located. Name it whatever you want.

You could no longer use the town name to search for feature applications of a town (PvP area et cetera). Also, how would we handle it if someone creates a new town using a town name that previously existed? TL;DR: It's an administrative nightmare.
