Let them know the price, then make them read the town rules, then show them around the town. also explain what is what. One who abides by his or her words. One who will sacrifice thousands of dollars to care for his or her residents. Sell them a really good deal with pre-supplies.( diamonds, cake, etc.) Obviously you have to lie in some way, so say you have a select size of plot! sell it to them for a lot more $! like if they want 50 x 60?
